We’re on a mission to bring the 6,000 year old tradition of sourdough to your modern kitchen, using natural fermentation with our own Italian sourdough starter.

Our artisanal pasta is a delicious, nutrient-rich, and gut-friendly superfood that’s perfect for any meal.

Usage: Cook in 4 quarts of salted boiling water for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina, organic sourdough starter (organic emmer flour, filtered water). Contains wheat.
