Mix 1 tablespoon of Let’s Do…Organic Tapioca Starch with an equal amount of cold liquid, then whisk into your recipe. Cooking briefly will remove the starchy flavor. Avoid overcooking, as tapioca starch can thin if cooked too long or at too high a temperature.
