How to use: Shake well before use. Close bottle after use. Discard 3 months after opening. Use mouthwash after brushing and flossing. Swish vigorously with 1 tablespoon 2 to 3 times a day for at least 60 seconds. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
