• Grains: 1/2 tsp of amaranth and 1/2 tsp of whole oat flour
• Dairy: 1 tbsp of creamy Greek yogurt

Our recipe is carefully crafted to provide 2g of protein, 4g of whole grains, and 80mg of omega-3 ALA from chia seeds.
