Suggested Use:

• Daily serving size: 1 tea bag.
• 1 Cup Hot Tea: Pour 8-12 oz of simmering water (170-180º F) over 1 tea bag. Steep 2-3 minutes, let cool to desired temperature then sip & enjoy!
• 1 Glass Iced Tea: Steep 2 tea bags in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Let cool, pour over ice, and add sweetener of your choice.
