How to Brew:

• Bring water to boil, add one level teaspoon of leaf per 8 ounces of water and let boil for two minutes.
• Add milk (or non-dairy substitute) in a 1/4th milk to water ratio and bring to boil again.
• Strain and sweeten to taste.

Experiment with different spice combinations to create your perfect blend. Try adding cloves, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, saffron, or cinnamon to name a few.
