Make a Hot Tea by steeping 1 tea bag in 8 oz boiling water for 2-5 minutes. For Iced Tea, steep 4 tea bags in 2 cups boiling water, then add 2 cups cold water and chill.

Other Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, raspberry leaves, orange peel, rosehips, blackberry leaves, chicory, natural raspberry flavor, citric acid.
