For best results:

• Rub 2-3 lbs. of meat, seafood, or veggies with oil and place in a resealable bag with packet of dryglaze.
• Close bag and gently shake for even coating.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
• For grilling, use indirect heat. For roasting, cover with foil and roast as usual, then remove foil halfway through for browning.
