Pancake & Waffle Instructions Pancakes (4″) Makes about 6 pancakes2/3 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle mix1 egg beaten, or egg substitute2 Tsp oil2 Tsp honey3/4 Cup milk or waterPREHEAT griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375ºF.STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.SCOOP pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.Waffles (6″) Makes about 2 Waffles1 Cup Arrowhead Mills® Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle mix1 egg beaten, or egg substitute1 Tbsp oil1 Tbsp honey1 Cup milk or waterPreheat waffle iron.STIR ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy.
