Suggested Use:

• fold the pack to the desired size and saturate with Castor Oil
• position the pack over the affected area and cover with a heating pad or hot water bottle (if desired)
• allow the pack to remain for an hour or more
• after removal, cleanse the skin with a solution of baking soda and water or use Castor Clean Towelettes

Other Ingredients: Wool flannel.
