Restore and refresh your body and mind with a warm bath or foot soak using 1-2 cups of flakes, containing approximately 90 grams of magnesium chloride and naturally occurring trace elements.

Suggested use: add 1-2 cups of flakes to a bathtub or footbath, soak for at least 20 minutes in warm water (101°F to 105°F).
