An eight-week placebo-controlled clinical trial showed that 600 mg of our KSM-66® Ashwagandha extract improved mental energy and promoted relaxation.

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably 1 capsule twice a day with or without food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), organic rice hull concentrate. Free of synthetic binders and fillers.
